I am at my wits end to find an answer. I have been hoping for the low dose ketamine done by Dr. Harbut. Have you heard of his work? He seems to have good success with it and you do not go into a coma. He is in Hot Springs Arkansas currently. I have tried many, many drugs.. back to the oxycodone..have had the blocks, etc..and nothing did any good and mostly had lots of side effects. Seems like the same story for everyone. I would love to hear of your experience, how you managed and are you aware of the hospital in Monterey Mexico that is doing the coma as well?

Many thanks and so happy to hear you are doing well.

Sherrie

Comment on CELEBRATION FOR US . . . . And for working to something else other than the ketamine coma to get people with RSD to complete remission. If I can help, please let me know as I will be happy to help in any way that I can. God Bless you and GO TRACY!!! :)

Love,

Lindsay Spengler

Comment on Update . . . . Insurance Companies should realize that People with RSD all need help to put out "The flame". I have full body RSD and hope to go to Germany or Mexico for the Coma treatment one day in hopes of a remission, I pray for all of you and God Bless.

Comment on And tonight she walked the Willow Grove Mall!

Gayle-I am so glad you are continuing these notes! I am so happy for the girls that they are pain free and getting their strenght back. I mentioned in an earlier posting I am a patient of Dr. Schwartzman but never followed through with the Ketamine. The girls have given me hope that someday I may be painfree and back to living normal. How wonderful it would be to have a family member touch me without backing off afraid they will hurt me. I certainly hope you follow through and make an awareness/support group so others may benefit from what the girls have suffered through. Wouldn't it be wonderful if all could be cured of this horrific disease. My best to all and keep up the great work girls!

Comment on HOME AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad you and Tracey are HOME. Try Carnation Instant Breakfast with milk (either hot or cold) for extra nutrition. There are also some great high protein granola/cereal bars out there. Much love to everyone..Judy
